With degrees in Learning & Development (DePaul University) and Organizational Behavior (Benedictine University), Sandy blends academic rigor with practical, real-world insight. Her work spans Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and global audiences, giving her a broad perspective on what it takes to lead in today’s complex workplace.

As the founder of One Decision at a Time, Sandy brings a no-nonsense yet relatable approach to coaching, consulting, and speaking. Her frameworks equip leaders with actionable strategies to get results that last.
