It started with one person who saw something in me.

There was a time when I walked into work every day feeling stuck. I knew I was capable of more, but I couldn't see a path forward. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do. And even if I had known, I wasn't convinced I had what it took to get there.

Then something happened that changed the direction of my career.

The head of my department called me into his office and offered me a promotion. I was shocked.

Instead of saying "thank you," I asked — "Why me?"

His answer changed my life. He saw potential in me long before I could see it in myself. But he did more than give me an opportunity — he invested in me. He challenged me. He coached me.

Most importantly, he taught me that career success isn't something you're born with; it's something you build.

Looking back, I don't see luck.

The Journey

From customer service to a Fortune 500 division.

Over the years, I went from working in customer service to designing and delivering global leadership development programs, leading people and teams, and eventually leading an entire division within a Fortune 500 company.

That's why I believe every career grows through stages. Sometimes you need clarity. Sometimes you need visibility. Sometimes you need to learn how to lead. And sometimes you're ready for even bigger opportunities.

None of those stages are about becoming someone different. They're about becoming more of who you're already capable of being.
